  Established in 1981, DFI is a leading PC motherboard and embedded board manufacturer, whichs based in Taiwan and headquartered in Hsi-Chih City. DFI designs and manufactures embedded boards and systems in application of retail solution, financial service system, gaming, kiosk, medical, security and communication. Besides these, DFI owns premium brand image of over-clocking MB among power users around the world. With more than 26 years of motherboard manufacturing experience, DFI produces innovative products in house and practices strict in-house. The DFI Group employs nearly 700 staffs throughout of the world and owns 200K monthly mass production capability.
 
   
 
  One stop shopping. DFI-ACP is the ideal Wintel based platform provider for non-PC business, products range from Board Level, Open Frame, Add-on Boards to Barebone Systems. DFI-ACP is dedicated to providing the best solution for various industrial purposes. For Board level products, we support four major form factor platforms: ATX, microATX, FlexATX and EBX. Due to our experience in commercial motherboard manufacturing and our highly skilled engineers, there are now up to 50 different types of industrial platforms available from DFI.
 
   
  DFI-ACP has a strong commitment to revision control. DFI stocks and uses the same components for all of DFI-ACP products. When a component change is unavoidable, DFI informs the customer of all changes and performs extensive quality testing to ensure the smooth replacement of the product for the customer. Our dedication to complete revision control means that before any component change can occur, we will get the customers approval in advance. Our professional testing center checks and re-checks every aspect of the new component to minimize the impact for our customers.
 
   
  We guarantee our products will be offered for a minimum of 3~5 years. We know that our customers depend on a long-life cycle to prolong the customers product life cycle, which will save on their testing and verification time. To lower the risk of the discontinued components, we will keep enough stock and issue an End of Life (EOL) notice to customer before 6 months a product is discontinued. This is a big benefit to all the industrial applications.

We have project control for design simulation, in-house lay-out and development planning. With our top-notch know-how, we are constantly adding new products to our roadmap.   Our 300K monthly motherboard production capability is a shining achievement for DFI. DFI is the one of the worlds largest and most reliable motherboard manufacturers. Our in-house manufacturing process ensures the stability and complete quality control. Our Surface Mount Technology (SMT), In-line Circuit Test Machine (ICT), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Manual Insertion (MI) production lines have top of the in-house production equipment for making the best quality products for our customers. DFI continues to lead the revision control products field with our innovative products.
 
   
  DFI has a complete testing process, which covers everything from functional testing, environmental testing, shipping testing to life cycle analysis. The Quality Reliability Test includes high frequency design analysis and thermal / humidity / vibration / drop test. The Quality Improvement Mechanism includes the Material Review Board (MRB), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), Engineering Correction Reviews (ECR), Quality Improvement Meetings, Engineering Meetings and Design Review Meetings. Quality control management assures that you are receiving the best quality products.
 
   
  DFI-ACP has received design wins for many international ODM / OEM projects. Our strong buying power allows us to offer the customer very competitive pricing, which can increase the customers profit margin. DFI also offers 50 kinds standard board products, along with ODM capability.
